100 Push Ups

I’m a big fan of plans, and this one looks interesting - 0 to 100 pushups in 6 weeks (or longer) with the 100 Push Up Challenge.
I’ve been doing push ups in the gym, and three sets of 20 with a quick break between each is about my limit, and haven’t progressed much beyond that in the last couple of months. Training to do 100 at once sounds like a good idea, and it’s something I can do at home too.
The plan seems pretty simple, and it’s customisable depending on your current level.

Just having a browse through your blog - love the name, being a bit of a geek myself! Found your blog via 100Pushups, which I’m also just starting. If you can do 3 sets of 20, I’d say you’re way ahead of me!
I do have one question - what is “fives” ?

Hey i feel silly now. I just posted on this exact same site on fithacks.com just a few minutes ago
Well, I guess we’ll both see if it works.

Ya, I have seen this on several other sites so it sounds like a plan.
I have been doing 1 set of 35-45 a day so I should try to take it up to 3 sets of maybe 30(?) a day…

Nice one … seems to be a good idea. Im currently trying to do the 100 stomach crunches with a 10kg weight behind my head and boy I can tell you that hurts xD But I will probably have a go at this now
Good luck with it all :p
