					<description>Just having a browse through your blog - love the name, being a bit of a geek myself!  Found your blog via 100Pushups, which I'm also just starting. If you can do 3 sets of 20, I'd say you're way ahead of me!

I do have one question - what is "fives" ?</description>

I have been doing 1 set of 35-45 a day so I should try to take it up to 3 sets of maybe 30(?) a day...</description>

					<description>Nice one ... seems to be a good idea. Im currently trying to do the 100 stomach crunches with a 10kg weight behind my head and boy I can tell you that hurts xD But I will probably have a go at this now :)
