I just finished the C25K plan myself and loved it. It helped that I was preparing for a 5K that I ran at the beginning of week 7. Congrats on getting back to it!

Another thing that helped (and has helped me to continue running after the 9 week program ended) was the Nike+ Sport Kit. It's fun to compete against yourself and to watch your stats improve week by week.

With Nike+ data, you can join up over at runnerplus.com and get involved in the Couch to 5K challenges, make new friends, and track your running in a pseudo-social network atmosphere. My public profile is jkendall.runnerplus.com.

Thanks, Jeremy.

The Nike+ stuff does look pretty interesting. It's expensive (and rather annoying, though not surprising, that the kit requires Nike shoes). I'm not (at this point) prepared to buy new shoes just to use the Nike+ stuff.

Maybe some point in the future ...
