					<description>James: I'm only a few steps ahead. Actually, that's what has amazed me the most about the Couch to 5k plan - how quickly I've been able to go from being basically sedentary to being able to go running regularly.

Carol: I don't eat much after running - my usual breakfast of weetabix, and sometimes some toast. I run in the mornings though, so I would have thought that would be ok. I like to think it's all muscle weight.</description>
