 a walk is great, it takes me about 10 minutes to
warm up though.  
Stretching is vitally important to keep you from pulling and straining things, so stick in some good stretching exercises.
Here's the one you'll shake your head at-eat at least
10 minutes to 30 minutes before your run. Oh man, I'll barf, 
you say. Not an entire meal just some carbs, wholewheat
is best and some protein, peanutbutter is good. 
You're basically running out of fuel for you muscles and it's 
making you crash.</description>
